Customer Service Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Customer service
  • Coordinating customers’ needs with factory’s schedule & capabilities
  • Coordinate shipments to customers
  • Prepare shipping paperwork & ensure accuracy
  • Invoicing customers
  • Collecting A/R
  • Contract review for customers
  • Enter customer orders into computer system
  • Filing
  • Answer phones
  • Invoice matching
  • Track A/P and issue payments to vendors
  • Work with and support team members in Engr., Mfg., Materials & Business Dev. to serve customers
  • Misc office tasks – make sure copier, fax machine and both downstairs printers have paper (every day), change toner in copier & printers as needed, empty paper from shredder, program office machines (fax machine, phones, copier)
  • Other duties and tasks as needed & assigned


Skills and Experience:

  • Associates degree or more
  • excellent written & oral communication skills
  • strong record keeping skills
  • logical thinking
  • high accuracy in all work
  • skilled at using MS Word & Excel as effective communication methods
