Premold Corp can assist you with your alphas amd betas to full production RIM molded parts. We used low cost tooling to significantly reduce costs compared to conventional injection molding. Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) is often a bridge tooling until the volumes increase substantially. The ceiling for RIM molded parts is approximately 2,500 EAU, which may vary based on the geometry.
