MD&M West – Anaheim, CA 2014
Are you ready for the MD&M West trade show in Anaheim, California?
Premold Corp will be setting up our booth next Monday and then Tuesday February 11, the event begins. Doug, Trent and Sandy will be there to answer your questions about this “design generous” process through February 13th, 2014.
This will be the opportune time to get a close-up look at some high cosmetic parts for the “life sciences” industries. You will see enclosures and covers for tabletop instrumentation as well as medical cart assemblies. Perhaps, you are you looking for ideas on how mold a polyurethane handle feature or how to design undercut handles for your tabletop instrument. Do you have a need to encapsulate some metallic or other material(s) into the plastic molded part; we can often achieve this due to to our low temperature and low pressure process. We will have a variety of “thermoset” aka RIM parts for you to glean ideas from, for your medical/lab project.
We expect to have R&D Teams, Industrial Designers, Mechanical Designers, Mechanical Engineers as well as Inventors at our booth. We would like to help them discern if the reaction injection molding is the right process for their project, if it is not the best process we may be able to suggest an alternate process that may be better suited. We look forward to meeting with each of you, and hope to address many of your pressing questions about this flexible design process.
