Size of RIM Parts?

A common question that we hear is ”What size part (s) are well-suited for the RIM process?

Typically the parts we mold are the size of a toaster all they way up to a refrigerator.  If the parts are smaller but a part of  an assembly it may also be a good fit for “Reaction Injection Molding”. If parts are small widgets  these would not be a good fit for the RIM process.

If you are unsure if the RIM process would  be a good fit for your project, you are welcome to submit your concept drawing or CAD file, so we can take a look see at yourr geometry. We may recommend another process, if the RIM process is not a good fit based on your geometry or EAU.
