Premold Corp, a thermoset molder of larger plastic parts will be exhibiting at the upcoming BIOMEDevice trade show April 13-14 in Boston, MA.

Premold molds larger parts using the  reaction injection molding process which is made up of two liquid components; together they create an exothermic reaction inside the mold formimg the molded part.  Thermoset molding is a process used Premold for short-run molding applications; particularly for the life science industry . RIM molded parts are structurally robust and design generous; which means additional ribs or bosses may not be necessary, unless your project requires them.
