  • Operate and maintain Binks wet spray paint guns
  • Match and mix paints to customer specifications

  • Create BOM’s, routings and work instructions

Skills/Requirements:

  • Associate degree or beyond is desired
  • Experience with plastic part detail design and preferably with other manufacturing processes
  • Project Engineer experience either as a key member or as a team
  • Experience quoting parts, tooling and manufacturing processes
  • Experience setting and meeting schedules
  • Experience working with toolmakers
  • Able to accomplish a large quantity of work
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Report with superiors and work with a team.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuit, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Provide constant preventive care and maintenance to the equipment and machines in the factory.
  • Keep areas where the machinery and workstations are clean, in order, and organized.

Skills/Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in maintenance mechanics or equivalent
  • 10+ years of good work history is desired.
  • familiar with PM, 5S, SDS, LOTO.
  • Work flexible hours as needed to fix things around production schedule.
  • Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, electrical circuits, and control diagrams.
  • Be on-call in case things break down on second or third shift, electrical power outages, etc.
  • Able to work around, under, on top of machines in our plant.
  • Familiar with PLC’s – troubleshooting, changes, and basic programming.
  • Able to lift 100 lbs.
