- Associate degree or beyond is desired
- Experience with plastic part detail design and preferably with other manufacturing processes
- Project Engineer experience either as a key member or as a team
- Experience quoting parts, tooling and manufacturing processes
- Experience setting and meeting schedules
- Experience working with toolmakers
- Able to accomplish a large quantity of work
- Excellent multitasking skills

- Troubleshoot electrical circuit, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Provide constant preventive care and maintenance to the equipment and machines in the factory.
- Keep areas where the machinery and workstations are clean, in order, and organized.

- Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, electrical circuits, and control diagrams.
- Be on-call in case things break down on second or third shift, electrical power outages, etc.
- Able to work around, under, on top of machines in our plant.
- Familiar with PLC’s – troubleshooting, changes, and basic programming.
- Able to lift 100 lbs.
